Strengthening Ties in the Atlassian Ecosystem: The Partner Roundtable 2025 in Hamburg

What happens when some of the most passionate players in the Atlassian ecosystem come together in one place?
Insightful conversations, new ideas, and a strong sense of community. This is precisely what occurred at the in-person DACH Partner Roundtable, hosted at catworkx headquarters in Hamburg.

It's a tradition that continues to endure and grow!

Almost five years ago, Michaela Mayer (K15t) and our colleague, Dave Wuensch, launched the Partner Roundtable format. Since then, it has become a permanent fixture in the DACH Atlassian community. The latest edition in Hamburg marked the sixth in-person Stammtisch — and perhaps the most energetic gathering yet.

This time, we swapped the formalities for a BarCamp-like setup: a large group, no breakout rooms, and no rigid agenda. Just open discussion, fresh ideas, and authentic collaboration.

A big thank you goes to our fantastic hosts, Sabrina Glawion and Johann Krahfuß from Catworkx/STAGIL. They provided the perfect setting for the day's discussions and welcomed all participants to a relaxed evening program featuring dinner, Hamburg nightlife, and plenty of laughter.

Real talk, real people, real impact.

The roundtable brought together a diverse group of Atlassian partners, including marketplace vendors, solution providers, and enterprise specialists. Among the many familiar faces and new attendees were representatives from:
K15t, APTIS, Appfire, catworkx, Decadis, CodeFortyNine, Adaptavist, Resolution GmbH, Communardo, Meisterplan, Valiantys, Seibert Solutions, Lively Apps, and many more.

Throughout the day, key topics emerged, including:

• Addressing common challenges in product and service delivery
• Exploring the potential of cross-team and cross-tool collaboration
• Discussing the Atlassian strategy and shaping our shared future
• And, of course, sharing stories, tips, and the occasional meme!

The conversations continued into the evening—with food, drinks, and walks around Hamburg. The roundtable brought together a strong mix of Atlassian partners—from marketplace vendors to solution providers and enterprise specialists.

What's our bottom line? It's all about community!

At Decadis, we are proud to be part of such a vibrant, supportive, and engaged ecosystem. Events like the Partner Roundtable demonstrate what's possible when we prioritize collaboration over competition and focus on our shared goal of creating better customer experiences through Atlassian solutions.
