The Workflow Report included in Admin Toolbox evaluates all workflows present in the system, including the number of validators, conditions, and post functions used, grouped by the apps that deploy them.
In order to specify a certain sequence of transitions for users, Jira has the "opsbar-sequence" workflow property. This is very powerful, but also almost impossible to maintain.
With Admin Toolbox you can simply drag and drop transitions to automatically adjust the correct "opsbar-sequence" values.
