Unleash the potential of every team - even little monsters

For years we have been managing our entire app support in a Jira Service Desk Cloud instance - not a real surprise so far.

With a growing number of apps to support and a growing customer base, we were looking for better integration of our support world, our documentation, and our daily operations.

We knew that everything we wanted was out there, but unfortunately, on Cloud our hands were tied.

Our decision: Move to Jira Server.

With years of experience setting up Service Desk implementations we were up and running in no time and everything under the hood worked like a charm.

Apart from using our own little monster apps (Admin Toolbox for JiraJira Workflow ToolboxLast Log for Jira) we could finally streamline our daily work using apps like ScriptRunner for Jira and Canned Responses Pro for Jira from our friends and partners at Adaptavist and Spartez.

But something was not quite right: The look and feel...

We have been using and recommending RefinedTheme for Confluence from our partner RefinedWiki since day one. So why not use the equivalent for Jira Service Desk - RefinedTheme for Jira Service Desk?

With little to no effort, we have completely overhauled the appearance of all of our customer portals and the global help and revamped the entire look and feel to match our CI.
